Welcome to 2010! It’s a brand new year and expect 2010 to be very different then 2009. If your company stopped running incentive programs in 2009. 2010 already looks like a much better fiscal year. Word on the street is that the un-employment rate will shrink, the market will grow, and that Wall Street may soon be back to business as usual.
For proof of this all you need to do is look at all the major financial organizations paying back their TARP loans from the government. With that done companies will once again look to rewarding their talented employees.
