Travel Incentive Programs
Build Employee Loyalty
Employee turnover is a major cost issue for corporations and many companies around the country are turning to travel motivation programs to build loyalty.
According to a report by the Saratoga Institute, a division of Pricewater-houseCoopers,turnover-related costs represent more than 12 percent of pretax income for the average company. Incentive Magazine reports that other studies estimate that “it costs some $50,000 to replace an employee.”

Why do Travel Motivation Programs Work?

“Travel programs are a great motivation for your sales team, especially in this tough economy,” says Tom Taraci, founder of the The Taraci Collection and CEO of TJT Motivation, a leader in developing motivational programs for world leading corporations. “They are the perfect ‘prize’ because a trip is a reward you can enjoy with your entire family.”

Many companies establish programs to win trips by using simple point programs. Points are rewarded to employees based on agreed benchmarks.

“Our clients have found that motivational programs that include trips to unusual locations or special events work particularly well,” adds Taraci.
