Making Global Easy

Taraci Motivation has been in the incentive industry for 28 years and was a founding member of the Global Incentive Council of the IMA.  As a company that has always had a number of multinational clients,  we have spearheaded the drive to develop international partners who would make the execution of a truly universal solution a reality.  Shipping charges, duty and customs problems made global programs not just difficult, but almost impossible to run in a centralized, uniform way.

More often than not, multinationals ran different programs in different countries and regions,  resulting in the loss of control over strategic goals and the propagation of different reward systems with uneven and often inequitable award platforms. Language barriers and currency issues only exacerbated the problem.

Global Network Web Image.02

After years of trial and error, Taraci Motivation can now draw from a vast network of partners across the globe and execute a global program in  Europe, The Pacific Rim, South Africa, Canada, Mexico, South America and of course, the U.S.   In addition, our MotivationMgr™ platform can create online catalogs in multiple languages.  If necessary, we can even provide multi-lingual customer support.

On top of this, we’ve developed catalog technology that allows online catalogs to be published in multiple languages and through our partners we can even provide multi-lingual customer support.

Safety Programs

Is your workplace as safe as you’d like it to be?  Are you losing momentum in your factory because of accidents?  Are employees missing time because they are not wearing the proper type of protective equipment?  The solution is not always an easy thing to find.  Most psychologists adhere to the theory of positive re-enforcement as a means of changing behavior.  By creating and communicating new safety initiatives and rewarding the workforce for accomplishing their goals,  you will find that the rate of accidental incidents will start to decline, usually quite dramatically.

Here are five examples of commonly run programs:

  • Accident Prevention Program (APP)
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Safety Awareness Program (SAP)
  • Safety Education Awards (SEA)
  • Employee Attendance Initiative (EAI)

These programs are designed to get maximum efficiency out of your employees and your workplace.  Not only do they improve efficiency, Safety Programs are proven to improve the loyalty and overall attitude of your workers.

Customer Loyalty Program

Keeping the Customer Satisfied

Developing Effective Loyalty programs

Few marketers would argue against the advantage of having satisfied, loyal customers or that it’s much cheaper to keep an existing customer compared to selling a new one.   Empirical evidence suggests that success in retaining customers often boils down to doing the basics right.

In addition, some businesses have characteristics better suited than other businesses for loyalty/frequency marketing programs, according to Jill Griffin, author of Customer Loyalty: How to Earn It, How to Keep It. Her book includes the following questions to help determine whether a frequency marketing program makes sense for your company:

  • Does your product or service have a frequent and regular repeat purchase cycle?
  • Do your customers perceive little differentiation between your product or service and your competitors’? If so, then a frequency marketing program may help.
  • Will your customers perceive the rewards as valuable?
  • Will you communicate with these customers on an ongoing basis in order to build a long-term relationship?
  • Can you afford the program?
  • Do you have a comprehensive relationship-building strategy and a means to measure it?

Taraci Motivation can help you navigate the tricky minefield of Customer Loyalty Programs.  To learn more email us, or call 212-243-7733.

Fashion of Sports

Rafael Nadal might earn his money with his left hand, but he certainly wears it on his right.  Rafael Nadal made as many fashionistas take notice of his play as sports fans when he stepped out on the court sporting a $525,000 time piece.

The watch in question (see above) is Richard Mille’s RB 027 Tourbillon, but if half a million dollars is a little too rich for your award budget here are some sporty watches that Taraci Motivation suggests might have a similar appeal to your employees.

Tag Heuer’s Professional Golf Watch

It has been specially designed to meet golfers’ special requirements. Its high-tech materials and carefully studied ergonomic design means that the TAG Heuer professional golf watch will never bother a golfer during the swing.

Though the Tag Golf doesn’t have the same Skeleton Face and modern robotic look, but the watch does boast its own high-profile spokes person.  At approximately $1500 retail the watch is slightly friendlier for the bank.

Even at less than 1% of the price, A Tag watch is an expensive gift.  Even without the high budget, Taraci Motivation says that you can still give your employees the sporty style they crave.

Seiko offers their “Sportura” collection and with this Chronograph you can see that under $1000 dollars retail, high-class design is not left out.  This watch retails around $750 and fits very nicely into most incentive programs and meeting gift budgets.

If you’re looking for some of the latest sporty fashion to reward your employees, contact Taraci Motivation or call 212-243-7733.
